The Chef Bureau — Candidate Terms

1. Representation
By submitting your details to The Chef Bureau, you are requesting to be considered for roles with our clients. We act as an intermediary and may present you for roles where we believe there is a suitable match. You are not employed by The Chef Bureau.

2. No Fees to Chefs
We do not charge candidates any fees for representation, application, or placement. Our services to chefs are entirely free.

3. Accuracy of Information​
You agree that all information provided — including your CV, work history, qualifications, references, and availability — is accurate and up to date. Any misleading or false information may result in withdrawal of representation.

4. Confidentiality​
You must not disclose any information about client opportunities, interviews, or offers shared with you by The Chef Bureau to third parties without permission.

5. Communication & Availability​
You agree to respond promptly to communication related to interviews, placements, or availability. If your circumstances change (e.g. you find work elsewhere), you agree to inform us so we can keep our records up to date.

6. Professional Conduct​
You agree to maintain a professional standard of conduct during interviews, trial shifts, and placements arranged through The Chef Bureau. Clients expect punctuality, good hygiene, a positive attitude, and culinary competency.

7. No Employment Relationship​
Being represented by The Chef Bureau does not constitute employment. Any working relationship will be between you and the client directly.

8. Data Protection​
Your personal data will only be shared with potential employers with your permission, and used solely for recruitment purposes in line with GDPR. You can request removal of your data at any time. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

9. Removal from the Talent Pool​
We reserve the right to stop representing a candidate at any time if there is misconduct, unresponsiveness, or a breach of these terms.
10. Agreement​
